  • Tenants direct any and all issues to One Call Property Management rather than to the landlord.

Phase III… Expert Guidance and Protection

  • We greatly reduce your risk of late payments and eviction proceedings by placing quality tenants in your units from the start.

Our Standard Pricing

5%

We charge 5% of the monthly rent. If your unit rents for $1,000 a month, our fee is just $50 a month.

That 5% fee more than makes up for lost revenue from avoidable landlord-tenant disputes, mismanaged properties and poorly priced rents.
